Machine Details :

*Process Flow of Water Treatment System : 
Raw water input -> Raw water pump -> Silica sand filter -> Active carbon filter -> (Manganse sand filter) -> Sodium ion exchanger -> Precision filter -> Reserve osmosis (RO) -> UV sterilizer -> (Ozone generator) -> Pure water tank -> Pure water output

*Main Features of Water Bottling Machine : 
1) Adoption of the technology of direct connection between the wind conveying channel and the moving wheels inside the bottle; elimination of the spiral and conveying chain, which makes the bottle shape change easier.
2) Bottle shape transfer adopts bottle neck clamping technology; bottle shape changeover does not require adjusting the level of the machine, but only replacing the relevant curved plates, wheels and nylon parts.
3) High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate filling, no liquid loss.
4) The mainframe adopts advanced PLC automatic control technology, and the key electrical components are selected from Japan Mitsubishi, Omron and other well-known companies.
5) Screw down when discharging bottles, no need to adjust the height of the conveyor chain for remodeling bottle shape.
6) Special designed stainless steel bottle washer clamps are strong and durable, no contact with bottle neck screw position to avoid secondary contamination.
